Both. Most of our accounts are recurring, but we regularly book one-time deep cleans, move-in/move-out jobs, and post-construction cleanup with no contract required.

Every visit is built around a written scope of work we create together during your walkthrough, so it's specific to your space. Typical visits cover trash and recycling, vacuuming and mopping, dusting, glass and mirror cleaning, sanitizing high-touch points, and full restroom service.

Do you provide day porter service?

Yes. We staff on-site day porters during business hours to handle restroom touch-ups, lobby upkeep, spill response, and other tasks that come up throughout the day, separate from evening janitorial visits.

Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?

We can, or we can use supplies already on-site. This is decided during the walkthrough and written into your proposal, so there's no ambiguity about who's responsible for what.

Pricing is based on the actual scope of your space, not a generic per-square-foot rate. After a walkthrough, we send a proposal with a clear monthly rate for recurring service or a flat quote for one-time work.

Tell us and we'll make it right. If you're still not satisfied after we've addressed the issue, you can cancel a service agreement with 30 days' written notice.

Yes, after a quick site and material evaluation so we can price it accurately. This includes carpet extraction, floor waxing, and interior window cleaning.
